🌸 the Summer Wellness Series 🌸


A Safe Space & The DNA Connects are excited to introduce our brand-new Summer Wellness Series — a       5-week program created just for girls ages 9-18, focused on building confidence, resilience, and real-life skills in a safe, supportive space.

Each week our girls will dive into a new theme — from time management and healthy habits to self-care, mindset, empathy, and goal-setting — through activities like Zumba, martial arts, yoga, counseling, and dance therapy. Every session includes affirmations, reflection time, icebreaker games, snacks, and words of encouragement to send them home feeling empowered. 💪✨
